Adeola Forge is a design and development studio led by Adeola Ilori. It designs websites, builds web and mobile apps and automations for founders and teams in 11 countries, and fixes AI-built apps that were built too fast.

About the studio

Adeola Ilori, the founder and engineering lead, runs architecture, security and delivery on every project and is your point of contact from the first message to the handover. Behind him is a small team that takes on build work once the scope and the architecture are set.

Who you will work with

Five areas: design, build, fix, automate and grow. In practice that covers website and interface design, web apps and SaaS platforms, iOS and Android apps, Shopify and Stripe billing, rescuing AI-built apps, Supabase security audits, n8n and Make.com automation, AI integrations and technical SEO. All services

The studio is based in Nigeria and works remotely, with updates landing in your time zone. Clients are in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, South Africa, Nigeria, Brazil, the United Arab Emirates and India.

Scoping comes first: every project starts with a diagnosis of what is actually there, and you get written findings before you are asked to pay for fixes. Each proposal then carries a fixed price with named milestones and named dates, which you approve before any work starts.

Start a project

A vibe-coded app is one built quickly with an AI tool such as Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Base44 or Cursor. They often work in preview and break in production, and four problems sink most of them: exposed secret keys, missing database security rules, access checks that only happen in the browser, and payment webhooks nobody verifies. Rescue starts with a written diagnosis, ranked by risk, before any fix work.

App rescue

It checks every table for row level security with a policy that actually checks who is asking, searches your built app for secret keys that shipped to the browser, tests whether swapping an ID in a URL shows someone else's data, and confirms payments are verified by the server. The first pass runs from the outside with no access needed, and the findings report comes back within 48 hours. A clear fix for each finding, with exact steps once we have code access.

Supabase security audit

Row level security is the database feature that decides which rows a request may read or change, and it is the only thing standing between a stranger and your data, because Supabase exposes a public API by default. It is off for tables created by SQL, a migration or an AI builder, and a policy that allows everything is the same as having no policy at all.

Check whether your Supabase data is public

Yes. That starts with a diagnosis, so you know what you have before paying for new features, and the first diagnosis runs from the outside on the live app without access to your code. If the app is not worth saving, we say so plainly and you keep the report either way.

App rescue

It depends on scope, which is why scoping comes first, and the proposal names a date for each milestone. Work ships milestone by milestone, tested and demoed on your live setup. For SEO, fixes to technical blockers can show within weeks, while new pages usually take a few months to settle.
