Fix.
Find out what will break before real users and real payments expose it.
Apps built with Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Cursor and Base44 often work in a demo and fail with real users. Start with a free outside diagnosis, then go deeper with an audit that reads your code.
A written audit of your AI-built app: what is exposed, what will break under real traffic and real payments, and how to fix each finding. It builds on the free diagnosis, which runs from the outside, and goes deeper once you share access.
Who the audit is for
- Founders who built with Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Cursor, Base44 or v0 and are about to take real users or real payments.
- SaaS founders preparing for launch who want an independent check before customers arrive.
- Startups with an unstable MVP that breaks every time something changes.
- Agencies that want a second technical opinion before handing an AI-built app to a client. See agency partners.
What the audit checks
Some checks can run from the outside on the live app. The rest need access to your code or accounts. The report says which is which, so you know what was tested and what was not.
Checked from the outside, in the free diagnosis
- Secret keys shipped in the built app, including a Supabase service-role key.
- What an anonymous visitor can read from your database, which is Row Level Security tested in practice.
- Admin pages and actions that are only hidden in the browser.
- Whether the payment success page alone grants access.
- Blank pages after deployment, and failures on refresh or deep links.
- Sign-in and session behaviour you can observe.
- Page speed, mobile usability and accessibility basics.
- SEO basics, and whether analytics and conversion tracking fire.
Checked with code and account access, in the audit
- Row Level Security coverage and every database access policy.
- Webhook signature verification and payment handling in the server code.
- Authorization checks on the server, not only in the browser.
- Environment variables and deployment configuration.
- File uploads and storage policies.
- Error handling on the paths that matter.
- Backups, and whether you can move your data out of the builder.
What you receive
- A written report with every finding ranked by severity: what is exposed, where and how serious it is.
- A clear fix for each finding, with exact steps once we have code access.
- A plain statement of what was tested and what was not.
- A fixed-price proposal if you want us to make the fixes, with named milestones. You approve before any work starts.
- The option to hand the report to your own developer instead.
How the audit works
- Free diagnosis. Send the link. We check the live app from the outside and send written findings. See the free diagnosis.
- Scope. If you want the deeper audit, we agree what it covers, the price and the dates. You approve before work starts.
- Audit. Once you share access, we review the code, policies, payments and deployment.
- Report and walkthrough. You get the written report and a walkthrough of the findings.
Example findings
These are patterns we look for. They are typical of AI-built apps, not results from a named client.
- A service-role key in the browser bundle. The key bypasses every security policy, so anyone who opens developer tools can read and change the database.
- Row Level Security switched on, with a policy that allows everything. The dashboard shows a green tick, and a logged-out visitor can still read every row.
- Admin pages hidden in the browser only. The button is hidden, and the request behind it still works for anyone who sends it.
- Access granted by the success page. Opening the payment success URL gives a paid account without a payment, because nothing waits for the payment provider to confirm.
- A blank page on your own domain. The app works in preview, then fails on refresh or on a deep link, because the host was never set up to serve a single-page app.
Why Adeola Forge
- Founder-led. Adeola Ilori leads the engineering work. Read more about the studio.
- Diagnosis before quote. You get written findings before you are asked to pay for fixes.
- Fixed price, named milestones. Any fix work is priced and dated up front, and you approve it first.
- Hands-on with the stack. We build and fix Lovable and Supabase apps, for example Fancourt Lodges.
- Honest when the answer is no. If an app isn’t worth saving, we say so plainly and you keep the report.
Questions
Do I need to share my code?
Not for the first step. The free diagnosis runs from the outside on the live app. The deeper audit needs access to your code and accounts, and we ask for it only after you approve the scope.
Does the audit guarantee my app is secure?
No. An audit finds and ranks risks at a point in time. It does not guarantee security, rankings, revenue or launch success, and the report states what was tested and what was not.
How is this different from the free diagnosis?
The diagnosis tests what can be seen from the outside. The audit adds everything that needs access, such as policy coverage, webhook handling in the code, environment variables and backups.
Which tools do you work with?
Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Cursor, Base44, v0 and custom stacks, with a focus on Supabase and Stripe.
What does it cost?
The price is fixed and agreed after scoping. The diagnosis is free, and you are not asked to pay for fixes before you have seen the written findings.

Toluwa provided a clear and concise document outlining my concerns and next steps to complete the work on this project with clear timelines. I am looking forward to working with him and his team to complete this work and get this to the finish line.
He understands the architecture well.
